Hubby Update 6-14-26

The antibiotics are finally working. Hubby’s temp is back to normal.

The infectious disease doctor said that this will happen again. Because of the stones, because of the kidney tube, he is extremely vulnerable to infection, and he will get another one.

He needs to be completely infection free to have his surgery, so we’re in a really hard spot.

The kidney doctor said his kidney function numbers have dropped again because of all the antibiotics and CT Scan dyes, so we have to be super careful with his kidney again.

We’re going to be here for a couple more days, most likely, battling back this infection.

Things to keep praying for:

1. That we can get his surgical appointment sooner rather than later.
2. That doctors can get this infection completely under control
3. That the tube in his body continues to function without issue
4. Stress (that’s more me than him) and peace
5. That God will help us deal with the Tsunami of hospital bills coming our way
