She grew up in a small Ohio town, where there was little to do outside of watching high school sports and visiting the town ice cream parlor. At every opportunity, she would slip away with a notebook and pencil and pour her imagination onto the blank pages.

She never dared dream of becoming a published author. But then she fell in love with a man who encouraged her to share her stories with the world. Now, she is a bestselling author with multiple published novels.

She lives in yet another small town with her husband and rescue kitties. When she’s not writing, she enjoys watching crime dramas, listening to books as she walks, and engaging in some sort of woodworking project that is light-years beyond her skillset.
